When can we read more of FINDING GRACE? As I mentioned on the BOOKS page, one editor has expressed interest and is "holding" Finding Grace. In the meantime, we're still waiting to hear from the other pubs who are reading it.

Who do you "see" when you write? Wow. What a great question, Ginny! I do actually see the characters. They're often a blend of people I've met, characters from books, and even personalities from television shows. It's much like when you had a Mr. (or Miss)Potato Head as a child and kept putting the parts together until he/she looked JUST RIGHT. My characters come together as whole people, but I recognize that parts of them are found all around me.
How do you maintain faith in your abilities as a writer? Every writer I know has struggled with this one. It's only in the last year that I've found a real peace about where God will take my career. My ABILITY I have to constantly work on, like any skill--through classes, workshops, diligence. What happens with my work though, well that is out of my hands. I finally reached the point where I am okay with that.
Still have those cats? Yes we do. They're learning to get along with the deer quite well. Pics are to the right in no particular order, and the pup has been put on temporary hold until our traveling slows down.
